🔞 Terms and Conditions: Age Verification & Legal Use
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or use any product sold on this site. When you place an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age for tobacco and vapor products in your state and country of residence. Additionally, we use third-party age and identity verification at checkout, and we may require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
These products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. We intend these products for adult smokers and vapers only — not for non-smokers, minors, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or anyone with a heart condition. We don’t ship to addresses in jurisdictions where the sale of vapor products is restricted or prohibited. Furthermore, we comply with the federal PACT Act regarding shipment of vapor products.

Order Acceptance
We accept all orders placed through our shop based on availability. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including suspected fraudulent orders or pricing errors — and we’ll notify you if this happens.
Pricing & Payment
We list prices in USD, and they may change without notice. You must pay in full at checkout. Also, orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping — see our shop page for current thresholds and promotions.
🚚 Terms and Conditions: Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
We provide shipping timeframes and tracking details after checkout. You can check your order status anytime on our order tracking page. Keep in mind that delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed and carrier delays may affect them.
Due to health and safety regulations, we can’t accept returns on opened e-liquid and consumable vape products. However, you may return unopened, unused items within the window described on our returns policy page. We handle defective devices per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Note that wholesale and bulk orders placed through our wholesale packs program follow separate terms, which we provide at the time of purchase.
